The first one appears here when a site passes the checklist on a domain whose owner has proven they control it.
A certificate is only listed while it holds: passing, in date, not withdrawn, and issued to somebody who proved they control the domain. When one lapses it disappears from here and its badge stops claiming anything. How the badge works.
